The town of Primorsko is situated on a small peninsula between the Bays of Stampolo and Dyavolski. The landscape is diverse and picturesque, a combination of thick seaside forest, vast sand bea
ches and exotic plants. Half of the sand beaches are dunes, which are under protection. Wildlife’s typical residents of the area include dolphins, monk seal and a wide variety of fish. Natural Reserve “Ropotamo” is located within the borders of the town, known for its unique rock formations “the lion head” and “the snake house”. There are 2 rivers flowing through the town – “Dyavolska” and “Ropotamo”. The spectacular cape – “Maslen nos” is only 6km away. For nature lovers – there are two famous natural reserves within the town borders – “Ropotamo”and “Water lilies”, as well as other protected areas like sand dunes and two swamps “Arkutino” and “Stampolo”
